Shipping policy
DELIVERIES
We deliver worldwide with the carrier UPS.
We process orders from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm except on Italian bank holiday days.
The order will leave from our Company in Italy within two working days after you make it and you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with the tracking number to follow the shipment on UPS web site www.ups.com.
All packages will be shipped with Bsbee stickers and tape.
It is not possible to vary the shipping address once the package has gone.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to storage lockers.
Shipping costs
Italy - 10 euros - free for orders above 180 euros
Europe - 10 euros - free for orders above 180 euros
Extra UE and Switzerland- 50 euros
Delivery
When UPS will deliver your package please before accepting it control the status of the package and if damaged or already opened you may accept it with reservation or you may refuse it
Notice
If the package will NOT be delivered to the Customer address due to Customer negligence, for example wrong address or wrong telephone number etc...and the package will be returned to Italy the Customer will be liable for all shipment costs and any accessory costs that will be applied to the package and they will not be reimbursed.
Deliveries in Extra UE countries:
We will ship the order DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Import duties, local taxes and custom fees will be your liability and you will have to pay them before the package will be delivered to you.
Duties, local taxes and custom fees will vary depending on the Country and it is the Customer responsibility to get this information by contacting the local custom office. The payment of the duties is necessary in order to receive the Product(s).
Note for USA Customers:
US government custom’s agency requires a social security number or NON US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If a shipment does not clear custom successfully in the Customer’s home country due to negligence of the Customer and for this reason the package is sent back to Italy the Customer will be liable for all import fees, shipment costs and any accessory costs that will be applied to the re-import of the package. These costs will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your order by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within a reasonable time of the date of the Shipping Confirmation. If the Product(s) are not delivered within 30 days of the Order Acknowledgement, you are entitled to cancel the Contract and be refunded for any amounts paid by you.
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you from the time of delivery.
